Scott Dupaquier is a solo practitioner and has represented clients for over a decade. He handles cases spanning several areas of personal injury, including truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and auto accidents. Mr. Dupaquier grew up in New Orleans watching Saints Football and even attended Loyola University, where he received a BA in Finance and made the Dean’s List. He spent his first five years out of college as a Senior licensed stockbroker and managed multi-million-dollar medical sales. During this time, his passion for advocacy grew, and he knew he really enjoyed working in a competitive environment. Because of these characteristics, attending law school was an inevitable reality for him.

At the time with three wonderful children and a beautiful wife, he attended Loyola Law School in New Orleans while living in Prairieville. He received multiple scholarships and was awarded two paid prestigious summer clerkships at two of the top insurance and ERISA defense firms in New Orleans.

These experiences sharpened Mr. Dupaquier’s skills immensely and gave him an advantage in his current practice as a plaintiff’s attorney. He worked with insurance defense companies that gave him much insight into how insurance companies and their representation think. He fine-tuned his aggressive attitude while working as a stockbroker and medical salesman, making him a perfect fit to advocate for individuals’ rights against big insurance companies.
